On Sunday 4^th August the St John Marine Ambulance, the Flying Christine III was moored in the Victoria Marina in St Peter Port Harbour to take a part in the annual Blessing of the Fleet Ceremony. The service was held on the Albert Pier adjacent to the Marina and prayers were read and holy water sprinkled as part of the blessing of the fleet. The Ceremony was organised by Churches Together in Guernsey and the blessing was led by the Anglican Dean of Guernsey, the Very Reverend Canon Paul Mellor.
