The Guernsey Ambulance & Rescue Service recently brought two Instructors from Plas-y-Brenin, the National Mountain Centre in North Wales, to Guernsey to train members of its Cliff Rescue Team. They spent the first day observing two different teams carrying out simulated rescues and spent the second and third days with the Team Principals debriefing the first day and introducing new ideas and techniques.
