Emergency First Aid at Work

This one-day course is designed to meet risk assessment standards in the workplace by teaching students how to respond to first aid injuries and illnesses. It covers a vast range of topics and includes a session on AED awareness. Cost: £140 per person

First Aid at Work

This three-day course comprehensively covers the practical skills needed by a first aider in the modern workplace. Along with emergency first aid and AED awareness, trainees will gain skills in recognition and treatment of a wide range of major illnesses including allergic reactions, heart attacks, asthma, diabetes and more. Cost: £360 per person

First Aid at Work Requalification

This two-day course is ideal for people who need to renew their first aid at work certificate. You will be able to build upon your existing skills, gaining even more confidence, by revisiting the techniques learned on the three-day first aid at work course. Cost: £250 per person

Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

For each minute without defibrillation after the heart stops, the casualty’s chance of survival drops approximately 10%.

This three-hour course gives people the confidence to provide CPR and early defibrillation quickly and effectively in an emergency. Cost: £75 per person

Paediatric First Aid

This two-day course focuses on emergency scenarios that face those looking after young children and infants including nurseries, pre-schools, before and after school clubs for children in the early years age group, childminders and carers of children at home. This course meets the Ofsted Early Years and Childcare Register requirements. Cost: £250 per person

Essential First Aid (Child & Infant)

This three-hour course is ideal for those who want to learn simple steps to follow for child and infant first aid and CPR. On this course you’ll be taught what to do when initially faced with an emergency and how to react when dealing with the common bumps and bruises sustained by children and infants. Cost: £70 per person

Moving and Handling Principles

This three-hour course is essential support for all professionals working in awkward or tiring positions, lifting heavy weights, or carrying a heavy load as these are cited as some of the main activities that cause work-related musculoskeletal disorders such as back pain. Cost: £80 per person

Fire Marshal

This four-hour course is suitable for designated fire marshals and those responsible for overseeing fire safety. You will learn about preventing fires as well as the different types of fire extinguishers and how to use them correctly. Cost: £100 per person
