Senior Officer Dave Welbourne has been presented with the ‘Chartered Management Institute’ Level 5 in Management and Leadership Diploma.

The qualification is designed for practicing middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their core management skills such as managing resources, recruitment and information management.

The qualification focus is on the personal development of the individual’s management capabilities and competencies.

Senior Officer Dave Welbourne also completed a unit in Managing Team Performance, Organisational Financial management and Personal Development as a manager and leader.

Dave completed the qualification over a period of a year with the Guernsey College of Further Education through the Guernsey Training Agency.
