This month (January 2015) St John Ambulance and Rescue Service (SJARS) begins work under the revised contractual agreement with the States of Guernsey which sees it continue to provide the emergency road ambulance and patient transport services in the Bailiwick.

We’re proud to have delivered the excellent, reliable emergency ambulance service in an effective manner to the Guernsey community for more than 75 years. We look forward to continuing this service and thank the community, our staff and volunteers for their ongoing loyalty and support.
