St John Health Care Shop Supervisor Martin Plowright, visited Rosaire Court last week to demonstrate a variety of riser / recliner chairs to its residents. Rosaire Court is an assisted living complex, where residents maintain their independence, whilst knowing that there are wardens available on site, to help if required.  Several chairs were purchased by the residents for their rooms and further quotes requested for chairs to furnish the communal lounge areas.

The benefits of owning a riser/ recliner chair can be enormous compared to conventional chairs.  The main advantage being that they offer superior postural support for those who may be sitting long hours in a chair.  The St John Helath Care Shop has a large range of riser / recliner chairs on show, in different sizes, colours and upholstery.  Friendly, expert help and advice is available to customers and their carers.

The shop sold over 20 riser / recliner chairs in January.
