Congratulations to St John First Aid Trainer Heather Langlois who received a Customer Service Award after being nominated by some of her course participants.

Heather was presented with a “Highly Commended” certificate by St John Knight Commander Andrew Henton at a board meeting this week.

One of those who nominated Heather said “Nothing was too much for her. Heather made the course so enjoyable and put us at ease. You could ask her anything about first and her knowledge was first class. Her dedication was there for us all to see.”

Another person commented: “Heather was able to put everyone at ease and her teaching techniques were “very user friendly”. They added: “The way she taught the class was challenging but very worthwhile. She is a credit to the St John team.”

Heather who heads up St John Ambulance Guernsey Training Services said: “I’m very honoured to receive this award. It came as quite a shock.”
