Congratulations and thank you to Sark resident Sally Drillot who took part in the 2019 Great North Run to raise funds for the St John marine ambulance.

Sally completed the half marathon around Newcastle in 2 hours 25 minutes.

Sally said: “I have been getting sponsorship for the Flying Christine marine ambulance because it provides a vital service to Sark residents”. 

The Great North Run is the biggest half marathon in the UK, with some 57,000 runner taking part.
