Marine Ambulance at Sark Harbour Service

The St John Marine Ambulance crew attended the service for ‘Churches together in Sark’ at Creux Harbour. This annual occasion recognises all those who work at sea and blesses the all vessels that operate in the Bailiwick of Guernsey waters. St John volunteer Coxswain and Engineer Mark and Jason gave their time so that the crew of the Marine Ambulance ‘Flying Christine III’ could attend the service with the RNLI St Peter Port Lifeboat. The vessel remained operational throughout the event and had a full medical crew on board. After the service the chief officer of the St John Ambulance & Rescue Service Jon Beausire, took the opportunity to welcome members of the public on board the ‘Flying Christine’.
