Covid-19: Emergency Ambulance Service supporting Public Health

A paramedic from the Emergency Ambulance Service is supporting the Covid-19 clinical helpline.

The helpline is open between 8am and 10pm every day and is being
manned by trained call handlers from the Joint Emergency Services Control Centre (JESCC). A paramedic from the Emergency Ambulance Service is also on duty at the call center to provide clinical support.
